Filippo Berio is a great everyday olive oil it taste really good and its affordable compare to others on the market. I use olive oil for cooking and also for beauty purposes.

I would totally recommend Filippo Olive Oil to all my readers looking for a good quality oil for an affordable price.

My Shrimp Ceviche recipe is so easy to make and its a great appetizer dish for entertainment.

1 pound uncooked shrimp
1/2 cilantro chopped
1 big green peppers
Lime juice (about 4 big limes)
Tomatoes, dice into small cubes (take seeds out)
1 big onion, dice into small cubes
Olive oil to taste
Vinegar to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Fill a pot with enough water to cover the shrimp. bring the water to boil, season the water with your favorite seasonings add the shrimps.
2.When the water gets back to boiling point 2-3 minutes after you add shrimp, remove the shrimp from the pot. you will know they are cooked when they turn pink.
3. cut and dice all the vegetables and shrimp and add vinegar, lime juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Then, refrigerate until service.
