Shrimp Cevice with Filippo Berio Olive Oil

Happy Monday! On Saturday I snap chat myself making my favorite Shrimp ceviche recipe and many of you guys love it so here is the recipe for those of you that missed my snap. I have been loving the Filippo Berrio extra virgin oil lately so it was time to put it to test using my ultimate favorite recipe.

My Shrimp Ceviche recipe is so easy to make and its a great appetizer dish for entertainment. 



Ingridients:
1 pound uncooked shrimp
1/2 cilantro chopped
1 big green peppers 
Lime juice (about 4 big limes)
Tomatoes, dice into small cubes (take seeds out)
1 big onion, dice into small cubes
Olive oil to taste
Vinegar to taste 
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Fill a pot with enough water to cover the shrimp. bring the water to boil, season the water with your favorite seasonings add the shrimps.
2.When the water gets back to boiling point 2-3 minutes after you add shrimp, remove the shrimp from the pot. you will know they are cooked when they turn pink.
3. cut and dice all the vegetables and shrimp and add vinegar, lime juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.Then, refrigerate until service.
