
Winter can be
brutal with our skin, between the rough weather outside and the blasting heat
inside, your skin needs all the extra LOVE during the colder months. Here are some skin
care tips to help you survive winter and look your best during the cold season.
My skin is very sensitive year round. During the winter is very dry and in the summer is combination.
My secret to beautiful skin? Taking care of yourself inside and out and of course a little help from the right products. Tip #1 let’s
not forget the most important thing out there, hydrate yourself to health. I mean drink plenty of water. Drinking water, will help improve your skin and
your overall health.
To look radiant during the winter time, these are the steps I follow.
FACE: Personally, I believe, we all should follow a skin care regimen
through the year, the only thing I do different during the winter is using
extra moisturizer and oils to hydrate thus avoiding issues with dryness
that are common during the colder months.
Morning
Step 1
Cleanse – CeraVe Hydrating cleanser
Step 2 Exfoliate
– Neutrogena visbly even cleanser with clarisonic Mia 2 brush
Step 3
Moisturize/ sunscreen – Cerave AM moisturizer mix with bio oil
Evening
Step 1
Cleanse – CeraVe Hydrating cleanser
Step 2 Exfoliate
– Neutrogena visbly even cleanser with clarisonic Mia 2 brush
Step 3 Bio oil mix with vitamin E capsules all over face and neck (this is my night cream).
BODY:
Not only do we need to take care of our face, we also need to take care of our bodies. Sometimes we forget how important is to have flawless skin all over. Like I mentioned before, my skin is extremely dry
during the winter so when it comes to my body I follow similar steps like the
face regimen.

Step 2 Exfoliate – Spa sea salt skin smoother
Step 3 Hydrate – Jergens ultra healing lotion is all you need YEAR ROUND! Its moisturizing
enough for winter but still light for summer. I mix my lotion with bio oil
